I must say, I've never had a meal quite like that before. Dancing silverware, singing furniture...it was almost like a dream!

Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts and Chip really are making this stay more bearable. I still feel as if they're hiding something from me, but they certainly mean well.

And it's not every day you can say you made friends with a candelabra a clock, a teapot and a cup.

...I still wonder what the Beast wants with me...and just what is hidden in the forbidden West Wing.

What an amazing place my father has stumbled upon! People and creatures not only from other countries, but from books! So many of them are very nice, too...many young gentlemen understand my love of books. There is an ordeal going on, something a thing called a 'virus', but I've heard that will dwell down soon enough.

I'm a little sad I can't tell Papa or anyone else about this...they would lock me up in the Maison De Lunes! But it's also nice to have a little secret all to myself, as well.

Papa's going to a big fair in a few days, so hopefully I can help him get ready before he has to go. It'll give me something to do, aside from avoiding Gaston. I think he's up to something as well....Ugh, it gives me shudders just thinking about him.
